Sublet: Want to get out of the dorms? Can't stand your roommate? Want a private
bathroom and a pool? I have the solution to all of your problems. I am
studying abroad for the spring semester and I need someone to
sub-lease my apartment from 524 Angliana. The room for lease is
a single room in a 4 person apartment and has a private bathroom.
Right now there is only myself and one other person living in
the apartment so its just like living in a really big two
person apartment with 2 extra rooms for storage and people to visit.
Rent is $555 a month and includes all utilities as well the
amenities of the complex that include a pool, 24/7 club house and gym, and free
cookies and Keurig coffee maker in the office. The rent for this rental
is less than what you would pay if you signed a lease through the 524 office
because of when I signed the original lease. It is
available for a boy or girl and can be moved into in
December or January. Or, if you are really excited about the awesome apartment you
will be living in I will move out as soon as you like if you will take it from
me. If you are interested or have any questions please email me at brandonkipphut@hotmail.com or call
me at (336)740-5194. Please take the offer to move into your dream home
for the second semester because I really need to sub-lease.
Thank you all
